Once a transaction is approved by all participating nodes in the network, the immutable records are stored in blocks and added to the general ledger. This means that all data stored in the blockchain cannot be modified or tampered with by any party, thereby eliminating the risk of investment fraud.

The total invested capital will be released to startups in stages. Therefore, the entrepreneur will only have access to a limited amount of cash flow until further project objectives or targets have been completed. This ensures that in the event of a fraudulent project, losses will be kept to a minimum, only losing part of the total capital and the rest being returned to investors.

This will contribute to significantly reducing the number of scammers looking to scam investors, compared to other crowdfunding platforms.

SeedOn will lock all project details with an authentication mechanism, so that only registered investors have full access to the startup project. Before registering an investor account, each user must complete an NDA, so for any leakage of sensitive information or data, legal consequences may apply. Our solution will provide visitors with only a brief description of the project, highlighting the main features, without describing the detailed characteristics and implementation stages.
